I took this photo a few weeks ago when the Lupine flowers were in full bloom. This happens to be a cluster of purple Lupine, but we've got other colors too. Some are different shades of purple and some are much more red.

This bee was hanging out trying to gather some pollen, so I thought It'd be a great time to get some practice with my camera. These shots were all taken with my Canon T7i DSLR. Take a look.

Let me know what you think. Here are the specs:

Camera: Canon T7i
Lens: Canon 18-135mm
Aperture: f/5.6
Shutter Speed: 1/2000 second
ISO: 1600
Focal Length: 135mm (for the two top closeups)

When I shoot active bees like this, I always turn to shutter priority mode and keep at least a 1/2000 of a second shutter speed. Otherwise, when I'm just walking around taking regular photos, I'll keep my camera set to aperture priority at about f/8. As far as post-processing goes, I edited these shots in Adobe Camera Raw, mostly in the Basic panel, but some in the Detail panel to add sharpening and noise reduction. I then cropped the images in Adobe Photoshop.

Oh you are too kind! Thank you. These were just quick shots I got lucky with. I'll be posting more soon.
